摘要
为克服减速机故障传统诊断方法存在的诊断效率低、缺乏科学性等弊端,采用专家系统的开发思想与技术实现故障的智能诊断,并将基于贴近度的模糊诊断与基于规则的不精确推理相结合的故障诊断推理技术运用于诊断专家系统的推理中,旨在能够实现故障诊断的快速准确性,保证设备安全、可靠的运行。
In order to resolve the deficiency of the traditional fault diagnosis of reducer and a shortage of science,the idea and technology of expert system are used to realize the intelligence diagnosis,and the fuzzy diagnosis based on closing and the not precise reasoning method based on production rules are used in this diagnostic technique to increase the veracity of the fault diagnosis and guarantee the reducer work safely.
