讨论了采用三菱PLC用于注塑机专用机械手的控制系统设计,阐述了程序设计编写、硬件系统应用及应注意的事项等。根据该机械手的工作特点,采用步进顺序控制方式,使程序简化。
This article discusses the design that Mitsubishi Electric PLC is used to control the manipulator applied in injection machines, describes the program design, the construction of the hardware system and the precautions during the application. According to the working characteristics of this manipulator,stepping sequence control is adopted so as to simplify the program.
