Emulation of New Type Forward Pressure Control System for DTH Drill Based on AMESim

设计了一种新型潜孔钻机推进力自适应控制液压系统,并通过液压系统仿真软件AMES im对系统做了系统分析和仿真,验证了系统的有效性。采用模糊控制,能够快速有效自动调节潜孔钻机的推进压力,使之与钻机回转压力相匹配,从而达到潜孔钻机的快速钻进和防卡钻的双重功效。

A new design of propulsion system for the DTH drill is introduced. With the Fuzzy control strategy the forward pressure of the new system can be adjusted to the rotary pressure of the DTH drill automatically, quickly and efficiently.
