以教育评估为契机推进师资结构整体发展——基于全国14所体育学院教师队伍结构之量化分析

Research on Improving Teacher Makeup by the Chance of Education Evaluation——Based on the statistical analysis of the teacher makeup of 14 sport colleges and universities in China

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,在全国普通高校本科教学工作评估期间的师资队伍结构信息调查统计基础上,对全国14所体育学院的生师比、职称结构、学历结构、年龄结构、学缘结构、专任教师学历结构的趋势变化进行科学的描述和分析,探讨其发展特点,指出其存在问题,并提出发展建议,为体育学院的教育改进和发展提供信息反馈,对教育评估工作和师资结构发展以及高等教育的整体发展都具有重要的理论和现实意义。

Using the methods of literature reviews, questionnaire investigation, experts interviewing and mathematical statistics, this paper investigates the teacher makeup of 14 sport colleges and universities during the period of undergraduate education evaluation in China. It depicts and analyzes the developing trend of the whole teaching makeup including the proportion of teacher and student, the degree compose of professional teacher, and the teacher makeup of position, degree, age and learning -origin structure. The existing problems are pointed out, and some constructive proposals are put forward. This paper provides the feedback information for the modification and development of the education in sport colleges.
