腹腔灌注热化疗设备的研制

Development of Thermochemotherapy Equipment of Peritoneal Perfusion

目的:研制一种智能型全自动腹腔灌注热化疗设备,通过恒流泵将加热的化疗药物送入人体腹腔。方法:采用MSP430单片机全自动控制,对腔内治疗液温度进行实时监控,使得腹腔内药液保持恒温。结果:使用腹腔灌注热化疗的进展期胃癌根治性切除术后1a、3a存活率分别提高8.12%和20%,中位生存期延长18个月。结论:腹腔热灌注化疗设备能消除腹腔游离癌细胞和腹膜上微小癌灶,有效防止腹膜复发。

Objective To develop a whole-automatic intellectual thermochemotherapy equipment of peritoneal perfusion by which hyperthemic chemotherapeutics were post in peritoneal cavity with constant flow pump. Methods MSP430 one chip whole-automatic machine was adopted to monitor and keep chemotherapeutic temperature, Results Being treated with peritoneal perfusion thermochemotherapy after radical excision, one-year and three years survival rates of the patients with advanced gastric carcinoma were increased 8.12% and 20%, meso-life span extends 18 months. Conclusion The thermoehemotherapy equipment of peritoneal perfusion can eliminate dissociating malignant cell in peritoneal cavity and minimum cancer focus on peritoneal membrane, and prevent peritoneal recurrence effectually.
