As per regulations and rules of MOR, Xi'an Railway Administration, relying on advantages of administrative management and professional management, fully exerting the role of railway safety supervision, by co-management co-operation of DG with local government and enterprises, a new management mode of DG transport with characteristics of Xi'an Railway Administration has basically shaped out, which helps to realize sustaining safety and favorable profit.
