摘要
木质素的合成途径非常复杂,肉桂酰辅酶A还原酶(cinnamoyl-CoA reductase,CCR)是木质素合成特异途径的第1个关键酶,可催化3种羟基肉桂酸的辅酶A酯的还原反应,生成相应的肉桂醛。主要综述了肉桂酰辅酶A还原酶基因在木质素合成中的功能、基本结构方面的研究进展,并介绍了该基因在造纸林木改育、作物品质改良、植物抗病抗逆及生物质能等方面研究中的应用。
Lignin biosynthesis pathway is very complicated. Cinnamoyl-CoA reductase (CCR) is the first key enzyme of lignin specific biosynthesis pathway, and catalyzes conversion of three kinds of hydroxyl-cinnamoyl-CoA esters to corresponding cinnamal dehydes. The researches on function and structure of CCR gene in lignin biosynthesis pathway were reviewed, and application potential of CCR gene was introduced from the aspects of paper fiber plant improvement, plant disease resistance and stress tolerance, biomass energy, and so on.
