摘要
采用模匹配法对铷原子频标中多层介质加载圆柱谐振腔TE_0模的谐振特性进行了分析.通过计算多种填充复杂结构介质的圆柱谐振腔的谐振频率并与已有结果相对照,验证了该方法的正确性,在此基础上分析了影响谐振频率的一些主要因素.采用的方法精确、有效,其结论对于原子频标中谐振腔的设计及介质加载谐振腔理论的完善具有一定的理论指导价值.
Mode matching method was used to analyze the TE0 mode's resonant characteristic of cylindrical resonant cavity loaded with a multilayer dielectric in rubidium frequency standard. By calculating the resonant frequency of the cylindrical resonant cavity loaded with a complex dielectric and comparing with reference and commercial software (CST) results, the correctness of this method was proved. In addition, main factors which have an impact on resonant frequency were discussed. This method is of high credibility and efficiency and gives a certain theoretical value on resonant cavity design of atomic frequency standard and theoretical perfection of resonant cavity loaded with a dielectric.
