高职院校的办学应具有自己鲜明的个性是教育界普通认可的战略思想,也是学校赖以生存和发展根本及法宝,所谓个性亦即与众不同的特色,其重要性本人认为可从创立品牌、学生的思想素质和心理素质培养学生创新思维的培养、加强面向市场化、加强校企合作五个方面培育和提升高职院校的个性化教育。

High Vocational Schools＇ teaching should have vivid personality is acknowledge on academic world, and it is also the root and trump for schools＇ existing and development. So-called personality means characteristics different from others, the importance of which i think we can start from five aspects to culture and boost High Vocational School＇s individuation education： establishing brand, culturing students＇ thought and psychological quality, training students＇ innovative thinking, strengthening marketization and promoting the cooperation of government and enterprise.
