浅析高职高专英语专业发展的困境与出路

On the Predicament and Outlet of Higher Vocational Colleges

当前,我国高等职业教育正面临着前所未有的发展机遇。认清高职英语专业自身的优势和不足,找准定位,是高职英语专业实现可持续发展亟待解决的问题。本文分析了高职高专类英语专业所面临的困境,指出目前高职高专类英语专业设置定位不明确、课程设置等。另一方面,本文还讨论了职业发展步伐阻碍了高职高专类英语专业发展的问题,并提出改革专业培养模式,改革教师聘用制度等一系列的对策。

At present, our country＇s vocational higher education is faced with a better developing chance and challenge than before. If applied English major fully realizes its advantages and existing problems, finds its niche, develops cultivating mode of applying study to work, it will keep continuous development. This paper is analyzed some dilemma in higher vocational english majors. At the same time, it pointed out that english specialty of higher vocational colleges had not unclear orientation, curriculum design and the like. On the other hand, this thesis discussed that career route holdback development of higher vocational english majors and put forward a series of professional cultivation patterns,faculty employment policy and so on.
