本文在对国内外Ｒ＆Ｄ项目中止决策研究简况进行述评的基础上，根据中止决策的实质及模式识别的基本原理，提出Ｒ＆Ｄ项目中止决策分析的Ｆｕｚｙ模式识别方法，并提供一个示例，最后。
his paper is started from a brief review of the current state of R&D projecttermination decisions both at home and abroad. It develops a method for these decisions through introducing fuzzy mode identification illustrated by an example. Finally, the author of the paper offers several advisgs when this new approach is put in application.
