摘要
本文运用数据包络分析方法(简称DEA)评价了中国各省区乳制品行业效率问题。与传统评价乳制品行业的研究有所不同,本文是从投入与产出的效率关系出发,分析乳制品行业的效率,进而得到一些新结论。
The paper uses the Data Envelopment Analysis （DEA） to evaluate the efficiency of the provincial dairy enterprises, which is different from the traditional evaluation of dairy enterprise8 researches. It analyzes the efficiency of dairy enterprises from the perspective of efficiency relations between input and output and draws some new conclusions accordingly.
