论增强人文环境建设的科学性和有效性

On the Scientific and Effective Establishment of Humanistic Environment

人文环境建设是人全面发展的前提性条件,重视人文环境建设是我国文明进步的重要标志。但在目前轰轰烈烈的人文环境建设的讨论中存在着两个根本性缺陷:一是过于狭窄的文化观,因而不能观照人文环境建设的客观实践的整体;二是公式化、概念化、标签化、简单化问题,因而不能体现人文环境建设的人文本质。笔者认为,要实现人文环境建设的科学性和有效性,就必须深刻理解科学发展观在党的理论创新过程中的里程碑意义,自觉坚持以科学发展观为指导,确立宏观人文环境观,着眼建设和谐社会,确立科学的构建原则。

The establishment of humanism environment is the precondition of people＇s all-around development. It is an important sign of China＇s advancement in civilization. However, there＇re two faults in the present vigorous discussions about humanism environment： Firstly, an over-narrow view of culture can not reflect the whole of the establishment＇s objective practice; Secondly, simplifying and formulizing the issue can not reflect the nature of humanism in the establishment. This paper holds that it if we want to make the establishment of humanism environment scientific and effective, we must understand deeply the meaning of the view of scientific development, persist in it＇s direction, and set up a general idea of humanism environment. Besides, we set up scientific principles.
