以清代为视角,透过父祖享有的家长权来考察母亲家长权的内容,可以肯定母亲在法律上具有当仁不让的家长地位与权力。结合历史和法律文化来追溯母亲家长权崇高地位的缘由,可以点明母亲家长权的实质与相对性。而《红楼梦》这部以女性悲惨命运为主线的历史文学巨著,对其中每一位女性都作了真实而丰富的性格描写,是作者对社会现实具有深刻洞察力而反映到其作品中的心血结晶。因此,结合《红楼梦》来分析女性家长权这一复杂历史现象,以文学作品与现实问题交融、文史印证的分析,能使这一研究更具创意,更具说服力。

This article explores the guardian right of mother from father in the view of Qing Dynasty, and then affirms that the power of the guardian right of mother. It was the author＇s painstaking effort in the view of the realistic society. So, analyses the complicated historical phenomena of female guardian right, associated with Dream of the Red Chamber.
