加强医护人员的英语素质教育

To Reinforce English Quality-Oriented Education for Medical Members

随着我国加大改革开放,加入了WTO,与国际间交往和合作机会也不断扩大与频繁,医疗卫生事业要融入国际化,就势必面临与国外先进的医疗技术激烈竞争与挑战。我们要在吸取和引进国外先进医疗技术和经验的同时,又要能以英语这个媒体将自己的先进经验和优秀成果推出去,扩大我国卫生工作在世界同行的影响力和认知的程度。因此,我们需要加强在职医务人员的外语培训,使他们学会实际应用作为交流工具手段的外语,并重点培养具有国际竞争力,具有能与国际交际的能力,具有英语各项实际能力的高素质医学人才,才能提高医院在国际医疗领域的竞争力。

With development of China, Cooperation with other country becomes more and more. As medical and health services need to enter the world, it may face competition and challenge from abroad. When we introduce into advanced medical techniques and experiences, also we use English language to promote our production so as to enlarge our medical influence in the world. Therefore we should strengthen English language training for medical members emphasize on training of communication ability with foreign language. The purpose is to promote medical competition in the world.
