摘要
目的总结33例男性膜部尿道闭锁患者,在不切开膀胱的条件下进行尿道吻合手术的体会。方法对33例后尿道损伤、尿道会师手术失败的病例,全部行膀胱造瘘,3个月后,在不切开膀胱的条件下进行狭窄瘢痕切除,尿道吻合手术。结果33例全部一次手术成功。结论本手术方法创伤小,简单易行。
Objective summarize the experiences on surgical treatment of 33 Cases of membranous part of urethra atresia without suprapubic cystostomy. Method 33 cases of operative failures in posterior Urethral injury and interlocking sound urethroplasty had been performed epicystostomy for surgery, and then scar excision ＆ urethral anastomosis were performed without cystidolaparotomy after three months. Results all 33 cases were cured upon one operation. Conclusion this operative method is little trauma, simple and easy.
