大学生体育课中补液对血细胞的影响

The effects of fluid supplementation for college students taking a physical education class on blood cell

摘要 大学生体育课中按运动方式和要求,分别进行不补液、补矿泉水和补运动饮料.血细胞的变化显示,体育课中进行补液,有利于体内环境的稳定,增强机体的免疫防御功能,尤其是补运动饮料. The college students taking a physical education class were tested according to exercise mode and quest, which were respectively a fluid not supplementation; a table-water supplementation and a sports drink supplementation. The change of blood cell showed in the physical education classes (especially sports drink supplement) can maintain the homeostasis of inter environment, and strengthen the immune function of the human body.
