摘要
运用虚拟样机技术,设计了一种自动化的气力板式播种样机。根据人工对靶播种的动作原理,确定播种样机的动作方案,并对影响吸排种效果的吸种孔结构形式进行了分析设计。选用具有参数化特征建模和运动仿真分析等功能的集成化软件Pro/E,建立了播种样机零部件的三维数字模型。利用其MECHANISM模块进行运动仿真分析,对播种样机的整个吸排种过程进行动态干涉检查和运动轨迹分析,得到优化的结构和工作参数。不同运动参数的仿真分析,为后续的运动控制设计提供了参考。
The virtual prototype technology was applied in the design of an automatic pneumatic plate-type seeder. Its operation scheme was decided based on manual sowing operation principles. Structure of its suction hole was designed for better seed metering effects. Pro/E software was adopted for establish virtual prototypes of the seeding device. Its mechanism module was used for the motion analysis. Motion process of the sowing machine was simulated to check whether its motion can satisfy the design requirements. Through dynamic interference cheek and spatial motion path simulation for the whole sowing process, structure and working parameters of the seeder can be optimized. By several times of simulation with different motion parameters, reference can also be provided for later motion control design.
