确定了地方本科院校生物工程专业应用型人才培养目标,阐述了生物工程应用型人才培养知识构成与基本要求,从课程体系构建、教学内容选择、师资队伍建设、实践基地建设、教学质量监控多方面探讨了实现人才培养目标的对策。

Cultivation objects of talents with applied abilities of biotechnology in regional college have been confirmed. This paper expatiated on the basic requirements of knowledge constitution and applied abilities for graduates of bioengineering. Measures have been introduced, which contained curricular system ,course contents, teachers group, plant practice bases, and the monitoring of teaching quality.
