建设项目施工阶段造价的有效控制方法

Effective control methods of construction cost in construction stage

针对国内建设项目在施工阶段造价严重失控的现象,分析了建设项目施工阶段造价管理存在的问题,找出国内建设项目施工阶段投资失控的主要原因,提出了对建设项目施工阶段造价控制的有效方法。从加强施工合同管理、优化施工方案和施工进度、做好设计变更及现场签证管理、重点加强对主要材料及设备的价格管理等几个方面入手,对如何做好建设项目实施过程中施工阶段的造价控制工作进行了阐述,以达到项目建设投资效益的最优化。

Nowadays, the phenomenon of out-of-control construction cost in construction stage of our country is widely. Aiming at the phenomenon, analysis is made on the cost management＇s problem in construction stage; the main reasons of out-of-control cost are found out. Meanwhile, a solution to the problem of there is not a normal phenomenon. This paper advances some measures for controlling effectively the construction cost in the construction stage from the management of construction contract, improving the construction plan and construction progress, designing alteration, strengthening the field signature management, and strengthening the management of the main material and equipment prices; so as to benefit the maximum investment benefit of projects construction.
