摘要 简要介绍降液管在板式塔中的重要作用。在塔板扩能改造中,采用新型塔板可以大幅度提高鼓泡区的流通能力,但作为液相主要通道的降液管却常常成为扩能的"瓶颈"。提出了两种降液管扩能的方案:(1)在降液管内增设空隙率大、压力降低的填料;(2)采用充分利用塔板空间的"异形"降液管。还对两种方案的适用场合进行了说明。 The important role of downcomer in plate tower is introduced. In the expansion revamping project, the application of new trays can greatly increase the flux of tower bubbling zone. Whereas, the downcomer, which is the main pass for the liquid phase, often becomes the bottleneck in the expansion revamping. Two downcomer designs are recommended for capacity.expansion: i.e. installation of high-porosity low-pressuredrop packings in the downcomer and application of "dimpled" downcomer which can efficiently utilize the space of tower plates. The practicability of the two designs is described.
