摘要
以环氧氯丙烷和脂肪族伯胺为原料合成聚胺型油品抗静电剂,采用高氯酸非水滴定法检测产物聚胺的叔胺值,并用红外光谱对聚胺的结构进行了表征。结果表明,聚胺与自制聚砜型抗静电剂复配,添加量各为2 mg/L时,加氢柴油电导率由35 ps/m增加到170 ps/m,能明显的改善油品电导率:放置7 d电导率可继续增至400 ps/m左右:电导率随着存储时间的增长显著。
A polyamine was synthesized with epichlorohydrin and aliphatic primary amine as anti-static additive for oil. Non-aqueous titration with perchloric acid was used to determine the value of tertiary amine in the polyamine and the polyamine' s structure were characterized by infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that when the polyamine was combined with homemade polysulphone at a dosage of 2 mg/L, the conductivity of hydrotreated diesel fuel could be raised from 35 ps/m to 170 ps/m, and up to 400 ps/m after 7 days. The additive could remarkably increase the conductivity of the.oil.
