代建制模式下高速公路建设项目的财务管理问题研究

Research on the Issues of the Financial Management of Highway Construction Project under Agent Construction Mode

本文在分析我国高速公路建设项目代建制管理模式的基础上,考察了代建制模式对我国高速公路建设项目财务管理的影响,分析了代建制模式下我国高速公路建设项目财务管理的问题,认为代建制是我国高速公路建设项目管理模式的基本方向,并提出了完善代建制模式下高速公路建设项目财务管理的对策建议。

Based on the analysis of agent construction in Highway in China,That paper researches on the effect of agent construction mode on the Financial Management of Highway project in China and the key problem of the Financial Management of Highway project in China,and puts forward series of countermeasures to consummate the financial management of Highway construction under agent construction mode.We think that the agent construction is the best way for Highway construction management in China,and play a very important role in the Financial Management of Highway project.
