大学生党建在高校学风建设中具有统领作用,是加强学风建设的重要环节。加强学生党建,促进学风建设的具体措施,一是把好党员发展关,将培养发展学生党员的过程作为端正学风校风建设的过程;二是把好学生党员教育管理关,发挥学生党员的表率作用,带动学风校风建设;三是把好学生班级思想教育与日常管理关,将学生的主要精力引导到学习上来,促进学风校风建设;四是把好校园文化活动关,将校园文化与专业学习有机结合起来,辐射引导学风校风建设。

CPC construction among college students plays a leading function in the construction of college learning atmosphere which is an important part to construct college learning atmosphere. The paper discusses the concrete measures to strengthen CPC construction with college students and develop the construction of college learning atmosphere.
