由于学习层次、人际交往、自我角色等方面的改变,许多硕士研究生在研究生阶段会出现心理不适应状态,甚至出现心理问题,影响生活和学习。分析了硕士研究生适应不良的表现和原因,并为有的放矢地解决硕士研究生心理不良适应问题提供了一系列建设性对策。

More demanding academic requirements, more sophisticated interpersonal communications and more complicated roles of self could result in the inadaptability of graduate students, including psychological problems. On the basis of an analysis of the graduate students＇ negative performance along with causes, the thesis proposes strategies for coping with related problems with focus on psychological inadaptability.
