Supercritical fluid extraction technology is a newly developed separation technology,It has made a great progress both in China and abroad in recent decades years. This paper summarized the latest developalents of research, the basic theory, characteristie, property, precess and applications of Supereritical Fluid Technology .At hst, the prospect development trend of supercritieal fluid technology is also presented.
