论利益结构与社会主义民主法治

The Interest Structure and Socialist Democracy and Law

改革开放后,我国社会利益结构发生了深刻的变化,由一元化的利益结构转变为多元化的利益结构,并呈现出新的特征:利益主体多元化与利益差别扩大化。文章认为,社会利益结构的变化对我国民主法治的发展既有积极作用也有负面影响。同时,民主法治的发展也有利于协调社会利益结构,促进合理社会利益结构的形成。

Since reforming and opening up to the outside world, our social interest structure has been greatly changed,form unitary structure into multiple one with new features （multiple interest subjects and expanded difference）. It is believed in this research that the change brings both positive and negative effect on China＇ s democracy and law. Meanwhile,the devel-opment of democracy and law is good for balancing the social interest structure.
