论我国和谐社会中公平与效率的关系

The Relation Between Justice and Efficiency in Harmonious Society

公平与效率之间的关系错综复杂,既统一又对立,长期为人们所关注。随着社会的变迁,人们在肯定"效率优先,兼顾公平"模式的同时,也对此提出了质疑。文章探讨了中国目前有关公平与效率的相关理论,重新审视了"效率优先,兼顾公平"模式,并分析了存在的现实问题及原因,进而提出建设社会主义和谐社会需要公平与效率并重的结论。

The relation between justice and efficiency is very complicated, integrated and opposite. With the development of society,people agree on the model of “efficiency pricr with justice”though they question some aspects at the same time. The problem and cause has been analyzed with conclusions in this paper.
