摘要
文章在对跨国公司竞争优势的相关理论进行分析的基础上,对跨国公司竞争优势的特点、竞争优势的决定因素、竞争优势的来源以及竞争优势的选择进行了全面的阐述。在竞争优势选择的基础上,提出提升竞争优势的措施。
The related theories concerning the competitive advantage of multiple corporations have been analyzed. The characteristics,determinant factors,and cause for the advantages are discussed. Solutions to promoting competitive advantage are proposed.
