摘要
文章通过对FA320A型并条机不同压力棒位置、罗拉隔距、胶辊硬度等工艺进行优选试验,使设备运行稳定、故障率低、控制纤维能力增强,成纱质量明显优于其他并条机。
Based on the selection process test for the location of the bar with different pressure, gauge rollers, rubber roller hardness of FA320A drawing machine were compared and analysed. It shows that FA320A-drawing machine has a lot of advantages with the stable equipment operation, low fault rate, excellent ability of controlling fiber and better yarn quality than the other machine.
