摘要
以部分结晶磷酸钙-磷酸氢钙体系骨水泥为研究对象,探讨了添加磷酸铋作为显影剂对磷酸钙骨水泥的显影性能、凝结时间、流变性、可注射性能、抗压强度、相组成和显微结构的影响。结果表明:添加磷酸铋能显著增强磷酸钙骨水泥的显影性能,当添加磷酸铋达到9%以上时,骨水泥获得了明显的显影效果。添加磷酸铋使磷酸钙骨水泥粘度下降,可注射性显著提高,抗压强度增大,凝结时间延长。但磷酸铋加入量大于12%时会使材料强度下降,综合考虑,加入9%左右的磷酸铋较为合适。磷酸铋有望成为一种新的磷酸钙骨水泥显影剂。
Bismuth phosphate was used as a radiopaque agent for the calcium phosphate cement (CPC) composed of dicalcium phosphate anhydrous (DCPA) and the partially crystallized calcium phosphate (PCCP) in a mass ratio of 1:1 and the effect of bismuth phosphate on the radiopaeity, setting time, theological behavior, injectabilihy, compressive strength, phase composition, and microstructure of the cement were studied in this work. The results show that the radiopacity of the calcium phosphate cement was significantly improved even when 9% of bismuth phosphate was added. The addition of bismuth phosphate reduced the viscosity of the cement paste and enhanced its injectability. Furthermore, the addition of bismuth phosphate clearly improved the compressive strength of the hydrated CPC and prolonged its settting time, however, the compressive strength decreased when the content of bismuth phosphate was higher than 12%. Conclusively, the preferable content of bismuth phosphate was 9%. Bismuth phosphate has the potential for use in calcium phosphate cement as a novel radiopaque agent.
