微米级长度纤蛇纹石纳米管的水热合成 被引量:1

Synthesis of Micron Grade Length Chrysotile Nanotube by Hydrothermal Method

摘要 用MgCl2.6H2O、(CH3)4Si为原料在300℃、pH值为13.0的水热条件下合成内径约10~15nm,外径约20~30nm,长达300nm~2μm的纤蛇纹石纳米管;利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)对合成样品的物相、形貌和结构进行表征;并简要阐述了其形成机理。 Chrysotile nanotubes have been synthesized from NgCl2·6H2O、(CH3)4Si by hydrothermal method at 300℃ and pH value about 10-15 nm and 20-30 nm respectively, of 13.0. The inner and outer diameters of nanotubes are and the length is up to 300 nm-2μm. The phase, morphology and structure of synthesized samples are characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) , scanning electron microscopy ( SEM ) , high resolution transmission electron microscopy ( HRTEM ) ; and the formation mechanism is described briefly.
