摘要
本文以氧氯化锆、氧化铒、二氧化钛等为基本原料,利用沉淀超声法合成了一种由上转换材料ZrO2(Er3+)复合TiO2的光催化剂。用荧光光谱仪测量了上转换材料在420nm激发下的上转换发光光谱,并用紫外-可见分光光度计分析了ZrO2(Er3+)/TiO2催化剂的光催化能力。以甲基橙为降解对象,研究了在可见光下不同复合量样品的光催化活性,并与紫外光下的结果进行了对比。结果表明:上转换材料ZrO2(Er3+)复合后的光催化剂其催化性能优于二氧化钛,且很好的提高了TiO2催化剂的光谱响应范围,大大提高了可见光利用率。
The zirconium oxychloride, erbium oxide, titanium dioxide was used as basic materials to synthesise a photocatalyst-TiO2 compounded with ZrO2(Er^3+) under the method precipitation ultrasound used The emission spectra of upconversion luminescence agent under 420 nm was studied by fluorescence spectrometer, and the photocatalytic ability of the photocatalyst was analysised by UV-Vis. Using methyl orange as the object of degradation, the photoeatalytic ability of ZrO2(Er^3+)/TiO2 with different kind of compounded photoeatalyst under visible light and ultraviolet light were compared the result. The results showed that the compounded photocatalyst's photocatalytic activity is better than titanium dioxide and it highly improved the spectral response range of pure titanium dioxide, and greatly enhanced the utilization of visible light.
