以硫固钙阻止高钙页岩烧结砖爆裂实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 模拟现行工业窑炉中烧结砖的工艺,在800℃条件下(即砖窑边缘区的烧结温度),开展以高硫煤(及掺杂黄铁矿石)中硫固钙方式阻止高钙含量紫色砂页岩烧结砖爆裂的实验研究。结果表明:使紫色砂页岩烧结砖发生石灰爆裂的CaCO3临界含量为24%,低于此含量时,不会发生石灰爆裂现象;用高硫煤中硫以及掺入黄铁矿石可以有效地降低紫色砂页岩烧结砖中游离CaO的浓度,从而消除和减弱石灰爆裂的发生;在当前黄铁矿石的市场价格前提下,用黄铁矿中的硫固钙的烧结工艺在经济上是可行的。 Simulating current sintering brick process in industry furnace, at 800℃, i.e. sintering temperature of the fringe area in brickkiln, this paper carries out experimental study on defending from burst of sintering bricks of high Ca-bearing purple sandy shale through fixing free-CaO with sulphur of high sulphur coal ( and adulterated pyrite ore). The result shows : the critical content of CaCO3 of lime burst of sintering bricks of purple sandy shale is 24%, when its content is below 24%, lime burst commonly doesnt occur; Using sulphur of high sulphur coal (and adulterated pyrite ore) may effectively lower the content of free-CaO in sintering bricks of purple sandy shale, and accordingly eliminate and weaken lime burst phenomenon; In the condition of current market price of pyrite ore, the sintering process of fixing free-CaO with sulphur of pyrite ore is feasible in economy.
