摘要 研制开发了一种高强水性环氧乳液砂浆,确定了水性环氧乳液砂浆的基本组成:水性环氧乳液掺量为5%,促进剂掺量1.25%(相水性环氧乳液的质量百分比),消泡剂掺量为0.3%(水性环氧乳液的质量百分比),并在此基础上加入适量的高效减水剂和保水增稠剂,最终得到了一种性能优良的水性环氧乳液砂浆。 A new kind of waterborne epoxy resin high strength mortar was developed. The final component of mortar was confirmed. The results showed that when the waterborne epoxy resin emulsion content was 5%-10%, the curing accelerator content was 1.25% (the mass percentage ratio of waterborne epoxy resin emulsion) and the antifoam agent content was 0.3% (the mass percentage ratio of waterborne epoxy resin emulsion) ,an excellent waterborne epoxy resin mortar was gotten in the presence of high efficiency water reducing agent and cellulose ether.
