当代世界经济的运动趋势是经济的全球化,经济的全球化势必带来文化的冲突。面对文化冲突的挑战应该采取的对策包括从理论上实现国家文化政策中心的转变,由消极、被动的"文化例外"转向积极、主动的"文化多样性"与在实践中走"文化立国"之路,积极发展具有民族文化特色的文化产业,切实提高国家的文化竞争力和综合国力。

The trend of the world economy is economic globlization, accordingly, cultural conflicts occur. The countermeasures are , in theory, the center of national culture policies should be changed, from exceptional culture to diverse culture; in practice, culture with unique national characteristics should be developed to improve competitive ability and comprehensive strength of a nation.
