摘要
采用微量加碱法制备聚合氯化铝絮凝剂,使用Al-Ferron逐时络合比色法对制得的样品进行表征。探讨了制备方法、碱化度、制备温度、AlCl3和NaOH浓度对制备产品的影响。结果表明:当碱化度为2.5,反应温度为70℃左右,参与反应的AlCl3和NaOH溶液浓度均为2 mol/L时,可获得Al13的质量分数为85%左右的产品。
The polyaluminium chloride was prepared by microinjection of base method, and the prepared sample was characterized by Al-Ferron complex timed colorimetric method, the effects of preparation method, alkalization degree, reaction temperature, concentration of AlCl3 and NaOH on the product were discussed. The results showed that: when the alkalization degree was 2.5, the reaction temperature was about 70℃, the concentration of AlCl3 and NaOH were both 2 mol/L, the product with Al13 mass fraction about 85% could be obtained.
