非对称性2甲基精氨酸在心血管疾病中的应用进展 被引量:1

摘要 非对称性2甲基精氨酸(asymmetric dimethylarginine,ADMA)作为内源性一氧化氮合酶(nitric oxide synthase,NOS)的抑制剂,近年来被证实与内皮功能不全有重要的相关性,同时在越来越多的横断面和前瞻性研究中发现其是心血管疾病的新的危险因子。
