摘要
选用560只1日龄肉用乌骨鸡,采用二因子多水平随机化试验设计来探讨日粮硼对铜中毒肉鸡肝铜及肝功能的影响。试验中分别在玉米-豆粕型基础日粮中(50.9mg/kgCu,10.1mg/kgB)添加549.1,749.1mg/kg的铜和49.1,109.1mg/kg的硼。结果表明,硼可在一定程度上抵御高铜对肝细胞的毒害,并减少肉鸡肝铜的蓄积量;说明硼对肉用乌骨鸡铜中毒具保护效应。
Five hundred and sixty 1-day-old healthy broilers were conducted with 2 × 2 factorial design to estimate the effect of boron anti black bone broiler copper poisoning through determining the liver function indexes and copper content in liver. These chicks were assigned randomly to 7 groups with 4 replicates of 20 each which were fed with a basal corn-soybean diet which contain 600 mg/kg copper, 800 mg/kg copper and 60 mg/kg boron, 120 mg/kg boron, respectively. The experiment results indicated that boron added in the corn-soybean diet of black bone broiler could protect liver cells from damaging of copper through reducing copper content in liver by boron.
