摘要
目的:探讨腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复足部皮肤软组织缺损的疗效及适应证。方法:18例腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣转位修复足部皮肤组织缺损方法,其中有6例皮肤远端达到跖趾关节,皮瓣面积6cm×7cm~15cm×17cm。结果:18例皮瓣中,12例皮瓣远端在跖趾关节近端者完全成活,6例皮瓣远端达到或超过跖趾关节者有3例皮瓣远端部分坏死,3例皮瓣远端小隐静脉与大隐静脉或足背静脉吻合者完全成活。结论:腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣是一种修复足部皮肤软组织缺损的理想方法。
Objective :To investigate the curative effects of sural neurovascular flaps to repair the skin and soft tissue defects in foot and to explore its indication. Methods:Distally based sural neurocutaneous vascular flaps were used in 18 patients to repair the skin and soft tissue difects in foot. Among them,6flaps distal margin arrived or surpassed metatarsophangeal joints,the area of flap was about 6 cm×7 cm to 15 cm×17 cm.Results:Among 18 cases, 12 flaps that did not arrived metatarsophalangeal joints survived totally,but marginal necrosis took place in 3 flaps among these 6 cases arrived or surpassed metatarsophalangeal joints,the 3 cases anastomsed small saphenous vein with great saphenous vein or dorsum pedis vein survived totally.Conclusion:Distally based sural neurocutaneous vascular flap is ideal to repair soft tissue defects in foot.
