摘要
目的:探讨肝硬化患者肝功能损害对糖代谢的影响。方法:回顾性分析147例肝硬化患者临床表现、CT和(或)B超,分为异常糖代谢和正常糖代谢两组,同时以Child-Pugh分级评分,分析两组间血清生化指标及肝功能临床分级的差异。结果:不同Child-Pugh分级间血清PT、ALT、AST、TBIL、DBIL、Alb及血小板数差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01);而空腹血糖、ALP及GGT则差异无显著性。肝硬化糖代谢异常组血清各生化指标均与糖代谢正常组差异无显著性;而血小板计数明显低于糖代谢正常组(P<0.01)。两组间肝功能分级差异无显著性。结论:本研究未发现肝硬化患者糖代谢改变与肝功能损害有显著相关性。
Objective:To analyze the relationship between changes of glycometabolism and clinical grading of cirrhosis,and to approach the influence of glycometabolism to liver functional lesion. Methods:According to the case history, clinical manifestation and imaging result,one hundred and forty-seven patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis were divided into two groups: anormal glycometabolic group (n=48) and normal glycometabolic group (n=99). The serum PT,ALT,AST,TBIL,DBIL,Alb and platelet count were measured and Child-Pugh scoring system was compared and analyzed in different groups.Results:The serum PT, ALT, AST,TBIL, DBIL, Alb and platelet count were all different significantly among Child A, B and C grade. Compared with the normal glycometabolic group, there was no statistic difference in serum indexes while platelet count was significantly decreased (P〈0.01) in the abnormal glycometabolic group. There was no statistic difference in hepatic function grade between the normal and abnormal glycometabolic groups. Conclusion:Significant relationship was not found between glycometabohsm and hepatic functional lesion in the cirrhosis patients.
