毛细管气相色谱法测定敌敌畏乳油含量

Determination of dichlorvos in dichlorvos emulsifiable concentates by capillary gas chromatography

目的:建立敌敌畏乳油的含量测定方法。方法:敌敌畏乳油加含十五烷内标三氯甲烷溶剂溶解后,在程序升温条件下,采用直接进样方式,用毛细管气相色谱法测定敌敌畏含量。结果:敌敌畏与十五烷内标的峰面积与浓度的线性关系良好,r均>0.9994,回收率均>95%,连续5次进样的RDS<5%。结论:该方法适用于敌敌畏原药与适宜的乳化剂和溶剂配制的敌敌畏乳油含量测定。

Objective：To develop a method for determination of dichlorvos in dichlorvos emulsifiable concentates. Methods：The samples of diehlorvos emulsifiable eoneentates were dissolved in chloroform with pentadecane,under temperature programming,and analyzed by capillary gas chromatography with immediate sampling.Results：The linear relations of the diehlorovs and the pentadeeane were good （r〉0.9994）,the recoveries were above 95% ,RSD were less than 5%.Conclusion：The method is adopted for determination of diehlorvos stuff and dichlorvos emulsifiable concentrates.
