基于生态足迹理论的库尔勒市可持续发展定量研究 被引量:6

摘要 生态足迹模型是Wackernagel.M等人提出的一种测算人类对自然利用程度的新的综合指标,能定量判断一个区域的发展是否处于生态承载力的范围内。该方法采用以往完全不同的角度分析区域的可持续发展程度,为区域发展评价开辟了一条新的途径。在介绍生态足迹概念、计算方法、计算模型以及目前国内外研究进展等理论基础上,以新疆库尔勒市为研究对象,对库尔勒市1996~2005年生态足迹进行计算。计算结果显示,库尔勒市的生态足迹一直处于生态赤字状态,且生态赤字有增加的趋势,这表明当前库尔勒市处于不可持续发展状态。图9,表5,参7。 The ecological footprint(EF) model is a new aggregative indicator which proposed to assess the utilization degree of nature by Wackemagel.M,etc. This method can provide new idea to assess the regional development. After introducing the concept of ecological footprint,the calculational method,the calculational model and the present domestic and international research progresses, this paper, taking Xinjiang Korla city as an example,calculates the ecological footprint of Korla city from 1966 to 2005. The result shows that Korla's ecological footprint is on ecological deficit condition continuously, and the ecological deficit is rising year after year. This indicates that Korla city's development is unsustainable.
