摘要
首先简要分析了Ｚ３９．５０在ＯＳＩ环境与ＴＣＰ／ＩＰ环境中实现的一些区别，然后着重讨论了Ｚ３９．５０在ＴＣＰ／ＩＰ上实现时，如何解决服务器和客户机的连接以及ＰＤＵ的编码。
Abstract After a brief introduction to the difference when Z39-50 is implenmented in the OSI environment or over TCP/IP,this paper focuses on two issues relating to TCP/IP,connection and encodingdecoding,and then gives the guiding solutions to them.
