摘要
全球金融危机袭来,就业环境更加严峻,高职课改势在必行。后现代主义“强调多元、崇尚差异、主张开放、重视平等、推崇创造”等思想,在决策层、管理层、操作层三个宏观方面均能给高职课程改革诸多启示,藉此建立以就业为导向,开放而又反思的超越式后现代高职课程体系,以增强高职生就业竞争能力。
It is imperative to reform higher vocational education curriculum in China for the recent global financial crisis and severe employment environment. The series of post-modernism thoughts, such as emphasizing multi-element, advocating difference, claiming opening, valuing equality, demanding creativity and so on, give a variety of enlightenments to higher vo- cational education curriculum reform in three macroscopic respects: strategic decision, management and operation, so as to establish transcendental post-modern higher vocational education program system which is open, self-reflective and directed by employment in order to enhance the career competitiveness of higher vocational students.
