摘要
株洲职业技术学院在职业教育办学过程中,与华大菁英教育有限公司深入合作,以社会分工理论和信息不对称理论为依据,以教育资源整合为前提,创建了“学校+公司”办学模式。该模式基于对职业人才需求、企业人才资质需求、国际公司对人才特质要求的综合分析,建立一整套以“4C+6R”人才培养体系和54个管理文件组成的职业人才培养标准,开发了多个基于岗位工作任务、工作流程和人才资质的专业人才培养方案,并建立“IPO”教学方法培训认证体系。
In the process of school-running,Zhuzhou vocational and technical college cooperated deeply with Huangdaqingying Education Limited Company and created 'school+enterprise'school-running model according to social division theory and information asymmetry theory and taking educational resources integrating as prerequisite.Based on comprehensive analysis on professional talents demand,enterprise's demand for talent aptitude and international enterprises' demand for special aptitude of talents,the model built the professional talent cultivation model based on '4C +6R' talent cultivation system and 54 management files,developed several specialty talents cultivation programs based on post working task,working procedure and talent aptitude,and constructed training and identification system for 'IPO' teaching method.
