摘要
以水稻离体穗为材料,探讨微管解聚和呼吸作用与MeJA诱导水稻颖花开放的关系。结果表明:微管解聚剂秋水仙素(colchicine)和氟乐灵(trinllralin)不能促进水稻颖花开放。MeJA处理稻穗后,在0~24min呼吸抑制剂氮化钠NaN。强烈抑制开颖,27min后(NaN3)抑制效应减弱,33min后抑制效应不明显。
With excised rice panicles as experimental materials, the effects of anti - microtubules drugs, respiratory inhibitor and MeJA on floret opening in rice was studied primarily. The results showed that the anti - microtubules drugs colchicine and trifluralin can' t promote the floret opening of rice. The respiratory inhibi- tor NaN3 intensively inhibited floret opening in 0 ~24 min after MeJA treatment, however the NaN3 inhibiting effect on rice floret opening after MeJA treatment weakened by the time from 27 min and was not obvious at 33 rain after treatment.
