摘要
以1对近等基因系及其亲本为材料,研究直立穗型基因对水稻的抗倒伏能力及茎秆的物理、机械组织性状的影响。结果表明:具有直立穗基因的水稻品种具有明显的抗倒优势基础,其第3、4节间倒伏指数明显小于不带直立穗基因品种。具有直立穗型基因的品种株高较低,并且基部节间的物理、机械组织性状明显改善,各节间的粗度、茎壁厚度、大小维管束的面积、木质部和韧皮部面积均较大,因而抗折力增加,倒伏指数下降。
Using near- isogenic lines and their parents as materials, the effects of erect panicle gene on lodging resistance of rice and on the physical and mechanical characteristics of the culm were studied. The resuhs indicated that the rice cuhivars with erect panicle gene had obvious advantageous base for lodging resist- ance, and its lodging index of the third and fourth internodes was significantly smaller than that of the curved panicle ical and lodging cuhivars. As for the rice cultivars with erect panicle gene, the height was reduced relatively, the phys- mechanics traits of basic internodes were improved markedly the breaking resistance increased and index fell because the thickness of each internodes and stem wall, as well as the areas of vascular bun- dle, xylem and phloem were bigger than those of the curved panicle rice cultivars
