摘要
为研究10种农药对绿僵菌生长的影响情况,选用10种不同农药,稀释成不同浓度分别加入到SDAY培养基中,用直径为4 mm的无菌打孔器在其中央打孔,然后吸取50μL绿僵菌孢子悬浮液分别注入孔中,置温度25℃、湿度80%的条件下培养,十字法测量菌落的直径和观察孢子颜色变化。结果表明:杀菌剂多菌灵对绿僵菌的生长抑制作用最强,生物化学农药吡虫啉对绿僵菌的生长抑制作用最弱;随着农药浓度的降低,所试农药对绿僵菌的生长抑制作用也随之降低。通过测定10种农药与绿僵菌的相容性,选择生物相容性好的农药以低剂量与之配伍,既可使菌剂增效,又可大幅度降低农药用量,为开发防治害虫的绿僵菌制剂奠定基础。
The compatibility of Metarhizium anisopliae with 10 pesticides was investigated. In this experiment, Metarhizium anisopliae was inoculated on SDAY with 10 different pesticides, which were diluted into different concentrations and added to it. The plates were cultuted under the conditions of 25 ~C, humidity 80%. The diameter of the colony was measured and the changes in the coIor of spores were observed. The resuits indicated that the impact of carbendazol to Metarhizium anisopliae was the highest, and that of imidacloprid was the lowest. The inhibition of all the pesticides to Metarhizium anisopliae would disappear when low concentrations were used in this experiment. It is possible to select compatible pesticides at lower levels to enhance the efficacy of Metarhizium anisopliae against pests and reduce the use of pesticides.
