摘要
选用体重和出生日期相近的3头中国荷斯坦犊牛,(40±1)d一次性断奶,断奶后第2 d早晨空腹屠宰。无菌条件下,取下整个小肠,去除肠系膜,分离空肠段,取空肠中段用含不同水平的G ln和葡萄糖的DMEM培养液,进行小肠上皮细胞体外培养试验。结果表明,在早期断奶犊牛小肠粘膜上皮细胞体外培养液中,加入血液水平2倍的G ln,有利于早期断奶犊牛小肠上皮细胞ATP的合成和能量储备。
Three Chinese Holstein calves with similar weight and date of birth were selected in this study. The calves were weaned at 40 + 1 d and slaughtered at 2 d after weaning , then intestine was taken out and jejunum was separated under asepsis conditions. The intestinal epithelial cells were cultured in vitro by adding different levels of glutamine and glucose in DMEM culture medium. The results indicated that adding duple glutamine of plasma glutamine level was beneficial to the ATP synthesis and energy reservation of intestinal epithelial ceils.
